About the Nationwide Open Call for POCORART
3331 Arts Chiyoda brings people together through a range of activities that encourage dialogue that transcends disability, experience, and age. The nationwide open call for POCORART has connected people to one another, to art, and to a variety of sensibilities. It has aimed to foster questions concerning both art and humanity. The nationwide open call for POCORART began in 2010 as a project between Chiyoda City Office and 3331 Arts Chiyoda in support of people with disabilities.
