Interview Reenactment: “Is Rafaël Rozendaal an Internet Artist?”

The Towada Art Center will recreate an interview with Rafaël Rozendaal where he talks at length about his artwork. The original interview was recorded for Everything, Always, Everywhere, which was first published by Valiz in 2017. Exhibition curator Kodama Kanazawa will play the part of Rafaël while assistant curator Sayaka Mitome will reenact the part of the interviewer Marvin Jordan. The event will conclude with commentary on the exhibition in Towada.
